2. The courses. Our courses are online training delivered as digital content. When you pay, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to access your course for 12 months.
3. Your account. Keep your login details private. Don't share your account or course materials with anyone else.
4. Assessment and certificates. A certificate is issued only when you pass the final assessment. We may withdraw a certificate if we find the assessment wasn't completed by you.
5. What the course is and isn't. Our courses are educational. A Core of Knowledge certificate doesn't qualify you to carry out treatments, and it doesn't replace practical device training, your Local Rules or your insurer's or local authority's requirements.
6. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in pounds sterling at checkout and paid in full when you enrol.
7. Cancellations and refunds. See our Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual property. All course content belongs to Base Online Training Limited. You may not copy, record, share or resell it.
9. Changes to courses. We may update course content to keep it accurate and current.
10. Liability. We take care to keep our courses accurate, but we aren't liable for how you use the information in your practice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
11. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
