2. What we collect. Your name, email, billing details, course progress, assessment results and certificate records, plus messages you send us.
3. Why we use it. To deliver your course and certificate (contract), to keep certificate records and accounts (legal obligation), to send renewal reminders and course updates (legitimate interests), and to send marketing emails if you opt in (consent).
4. Who we share it with. Thinkific (course platform), Stripe (payments) and IONOS (email). They process data only on our instructions. Some may store data outside the UK under approved safeguards.
5. How long we keep it. Certificate records for 6 years after your certificate expires, so we can confirm your training if asked. Financial records for 6 years. Marketing consent until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights. You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, or object to how we use it. Email us. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
